SBA is expanding to the West of Australia and we are very proud to welcome Lea to the team – And we pronounce it “Lee”.

Lea is thrilled to be joining the SBA team, bringing a wealth of experience and enthusiasm. With a solid background in sales and a genuine passion for hands-on work, Lea contributes 13 years of expertise in the earthmoving industry to SBA. His deep familiarity with the Aussie Wild West means he’s adept at finding the right gear for any job you might have.

Having honed his skills with SBA for Earthmoving OEW, Lea’s knowledge and dedication are evident. He’s known for his client-focused approach, ensuring you get exactly what you need. Lea’s commitment extends beyond work—he’s got a big heart and is always eager to support charitable causes and help others

What’s your full name and preferred nickname?
Lea Clarke – The Silverback

Tell us a bit about your background. What brings you to the world of Earthmoving Attachments with SBA?
I have worked in Ag Machinery Sales for 8 years and 5 years in construction and mining machinery sales.

What was your first job, and what did it teach you about the working world?
I worked at a butcher on Saturdays when I was 12/13 years. This taught me that you have to do the sh*t work to get to do the good jobs

What are you most excited about in your new role here?
I am excited about working with OEM’s and end users and offering local WA supply and solutions. Also offer an understanding as a supplier that has worked with end users before.

What’s your favourite SBA attachment and why?
Gummy buckets as they are a WA thing due to the sand here.

How do you prefer to start your workday? Coffee, tea, or exercise?
Coffee and emails

What’s one skill or hobby you have that might surprise us?
Love to sing

What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?
Go for a walk and a beer.

If you could have any superpower to help you with your job, what would it be?
Communication & customer love
