Kaymen’s first job was as a knife handler at a tannery and abattoir. It was tough work, but it taught him an invaluable lesson: a strong work ethic goes a long way. From there, he saw an opportunity to grow, an opportunity led him straight to SBA, starting as a yardy, moving into the office as a workshop planner where he now thrives in an environment that’s all about moving forward, literally and figuratively.
